Manhattan, Kan. – On Saturday, September 22 the Flint Hills Discovery Center (FHDC) and the Douglass Community Recreation Center will be hosting Equinox Yoga.
In observation of autumnal equinox, the community is invited to bring their yoga mats and join us for two yoga classes. This event is free and open to the public. There is no pre-registration required.
These beginner level classes will allow the public to start and end their day by relaxing and learning the basic fundamentals of yoga as we welcome the season of fall. Classes will be taught by instructors from the Douglass Community Recreation Center.
Times and locations include:
7:00 AM Sunrise yoga on the FHDC terrace
7:00 PM Sunset yoga at the Blue Earth Plaza
