Hops n' Profs: "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me!"

Tuesday, February 25, 2020

Enjoy a tasty pint of beer while listening to some of the best and brightest from Kansas State University at Hops n’ Profs! We'll be joined by Dr. Ryan Sharp, Associate Professor of Park Management & Conservation at Kansas State University. As outdoor recreation continues to grow, protecting our parks and protected areas has become increasingly difficult. Sharp will highlight the ways that technology, specifically cameras, can potentially aid in the management of public lands. Come learn how brown bears in Alaska, river users in Arkansas, and much more is “on camera” for conservation! This event is free and open to the public. All ages welcome. Cash bar available for ages 21+.
