9:00 - 11:00 PM at the Flint Hills Discovery Center
Join the Flint Hills Discovery Center for a night of lunar fun. We’ll watch the moon turn red as it passes through the earth’s shadow during the total lunar eclipse. Bring your own telescope or use one of our high-powered ones to get an up close view! Professor Chris Sorensen from the K-State Physics Department will also be on hand to guide us through the evening and answer our astronomical questions.
This event is free and open to the public.
Please note that this event may be cancelled due to weather.
