The Flint Hills Discovery Center is a community project designed to serve as a gathering place for community events. Whether you're a small group or a large organization our unique and elegant facility has a multitude of spaces suitable for hosting any number of special events and meetings — from weddings, banquets and cocktail receptions to civic meetings, business seminars and conferences. The Blue Earth Plaza — a 1.1-acre urban park featuring dynamic water, light and music components, as well as an outdoor fireplace — which pays tribute to the Kaw Nation and honors their ancestors who inhabited the region and lived in the Blue Earth Lodges.
